Please keep in mind that the material and assets you can download on this page is exclusively provided to you for private use. Terovania UG (hereinafter to be referred to as Terovania) hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Pentaquin assets. You are permitted to load the Pentaquin assets (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the assets
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the assets for any commercial purpose

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Terovania shall at all times retain ownership of the assets as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the assets by you. The assets (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the assets, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Terovania.
